    • Service Agreement: By booking with Peninsula Taxi Cabs, you agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if required for safety, operational, or legal reasons.
    • Booking Accuracy: Customers must provide correct pickup details, contact information, and destination addresses. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information at the time of booking.
    • Fares and Payments: Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and service type, including Corporate Transfer, Airport Transfer, Hotel Transfer, Event Transfer, Parcel Delivery, and Wedding Transfer. Any tolls, waiting time, or extra stops may result in additional charges. Payment must be completed at the end of the trip unless prior arrangements are made.
    • Cancellations and Waiting Time: Advance bookings can be cancelled within a reasonable timeframe. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. Drivers will wait for a reasonable period at the pickup location before marking the trip as a no-show.
    • Passenger Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. Smoking, illegal substances, or unsafe behavior inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Damage caused to the vehicle may result in cleaning or repair charges.
    • Liability and Delays: While we aim to provide timely service across Peninsula and Melbourne, traffic conditions, weather, or unforeseen events may cause delays. We are not liable for indirect losses due to such circumstances.
    • Privacy: Personal information is collected only for booking and service purposes and handled responsibly in line with applicable privacy regulations.
