- Free Cancellation Window: Bookings cancelled within a reasonable time before the scheduled pickup may qualify for a full refund. We recommend informing us as early as possible to avoid any charges.
- Late Cancellations: If a booking is cancelled close to the pickup time, a partial fee may apply to cover driver allocation and travel time. The exact amount depends on the distance and service type, such as Airport Transfer or Corporate Transfer.
- No-Show Policy: If the passenger is not available at the pickup location at the confirmed time and cannot be contacted, it will be treated as a no-show. In such cases, the booking amount may be non-refundable.
- Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method. Please allow standard banking processing times for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Changes to Bookings: Modifications to date, time, or pickup location can be requested in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.
- Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of emergencies or unforeseen events, we review cancellation requests individually to provide a fair resolution.
